March 2, 2026I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s mostly quiet, traffic isn’t too bad unless around the peak times. It’s pretty close to everything you may need. I never have to fight for a parking space and very rarely see a lot of people around the complex. It’s not super noisy unless they’re doing construction. The events and perks they have are fun too! Maintenance is quick to come fix things. Trash pick up is nice. I’ve never had any packages stolen from my apartment or the mail room. January 22, 2026I love living here. I feel like I don’t hear a lot of noise or see a lot of people just walking around. For the most part it’s very quiet. If packages are left at the door, no one comes by to steal them. The activities put on are also pretty cool and interactive. The worst part is probably that people don’t pick up after their dogs and there’s always poop in the dog park.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2025living here for 3 years as of Jan. 26’ moving b/c the rent is getting 2 high for my budget. maintenance (Pedro) has been on it (submit a request on Monday getting fixed on Tuesday. only needed 3 things fixed since being here washing machine water line came out, shower head changed seal came loose, I changed it myself. leak from unit above, happened one time 1st year after had no issue since. Community clean,quiet day and night and safe. Lights outside at night. Gym low occupancy. Small trail ...stays clean. no animal poop laying around. Amenities are clean. events monthly (pottery, make your own floor mate, make your own bouquet, Mary kay event etc.) some are great for kids as well. guest are welcome. Lots food trucks come during dinner time & during thanksgiving there was FREE food. Great community and staff. NO packages stolen NO car break ins. Convenient location for restaurants, grocery, outlet mall, nail salon, dental offices, urgent care, etc. all in walking distance. GREAT place.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex for the last 3 years. The units are spacious, and the amenities are a big plus. The gym, pool, and common areas are all well maintained. I also appreciate that the community hosts regular events and activities. The only downside is the noise you can sometimes hear neighbors or outdoor activity more than expected, especially during weekends.
