December 27, 2024I would strongly advise against renting an apartment in this building. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, and I feel it's important to share this with anyone considering moving in. This apartment building is plagued by false advertising, broken amenities, and management that doesn’t care. If you value your safety, peace of mind, and the amenities you’re promised, look elsewhere. There are many other buildings in the area that provide a far better living ...experience and a more responsive management team. Broken Washing Machines
September 18, 2024We’ve lived here for a few months and almost everything is great. Maintenance is super friendly, building is new, and units are quiet. You don’t actually get what they promise you, though. You’re supposed to have an in-unit washer/dryer, but they break on a regular basis. In the past 6 months we’ve had to have our washing machine repaired 4 times. This time, management says they don’t actually have the supplies to fix it, so we’re out of luck. They’ve told us that this is a building-wide issues ...and that all of the units have the same problem, requiring multiple repairs. If there’s no dependable access to working washing machines, it probably shouldn’t be listed as an amenity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
