This “management team” might as well not be there. They are rude, incompetent and just straight up don’t do anything. I have never been able to get in contact with them in their office as they are never there during hours. Despite me keeping my cool together with them somehow I think they put me on a do not answer list as I get hung up as soon as I get past the AI bot and am told they’re connecting me to an agent every time I call. We only received one mail key when we moved in to our 3 bedroom ...
and were told we would be given more once they get a copy. We never received it and just gave up after a few months of constantly asking for them. Our washer was broken for 4 months and after 4 maintenance requests and constantly asking for updates they finally offered to fix it a couple weeks before we moved out and acted like it was a favor that they were finally offering to fix the thing they’re required to fix that had been ignored for months. I moved out, never any communication on their end on what was expected. They are still trying to charge me for insurance and double charging my water bills that were already paid. Not to mention the building is built awfully and has no security. The doors to the stairs are always unlocked so anybody can come in, the halls and building smells awful and there’s no amenities to speak of. This is so petty it sounds make up but I swear they straight up make events up knowing nobody will come to look good for potential residents when they see the poster. I’ve been in the gym right next to the event location during the scheduled event times many times and only once did I ever see anybody setting anything up 45 minutes after the event was scheduled to start.
