November 18, 2019Quiet building with friendly people. Love the management and maintenance staff who are always quick to respond. Nice common areas both inside and out including grill space and a doggie park. Worth a look if you want to try out down town living.Property Manager Responded

Perry Reid is a reliable management company, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The historical parts of the building that have been kept make it unique. Great Spot in Old Town
August 8, 2015I love being walking distance to so many places. Seriously 5 minutes and you're at the arena, or the river, or the movies, and there are way to many places to eat to count. You could probably eat somewhere different every night for at least a month! As for the apartments, they are great too.
