    The property is fairly nice and it is a good location, access to a lot of nice restaurants and quiet neighbourhood. If you are allergic to cigarette smoke, this is not the building for you. The building is not a non-smoking build per the conditions of the lease so when neighbours smoke in their units, it can become a nuisance to you.
