The Inspire is the place I call home
October 28, 2021I have been a resident of the Inspire since the property was built and opened for tenants. I love my place, the wonderful sense of community, and the neighborhood. Impressive!
July 13, 2021We just moved in on Saturday (July 10, 2021) and are beyond impressed by every last aspect of this property. The unit itself is impeccably clean with very little sign of wear & tear. I've traveled the world & can say the amentities are beyond what you'd expect from any 5 star property (the materials, equipment and such is all high-end, not obvious that any corners have been cut). The unit seems very well insulated as we did not hear any noise from adjacent units nor unit above us. This place ...is very pet friendly so our large great pyrennes is comfortable and we've already washed her using the pet grooming area in the property. The property sponsors events for tenants such as live music & libations which occurred from 12pm-3pm on Saturday our first day in the property. The location provides ease of walking access to restaurants, wine shop, grocery, etc...Overall its been a great experience but of course its early days but I'm optimistic it continues to be a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Poor Ownership- Northland- Management
August 15, 2020This place has gone downhill big time! I have been here a year and am moving out in September. The place is dirty, not maintained, not cleaned, not vacuumed, trash rooms are disgusting and smell, one cleaning guy responsible for the entire building including amenities, grounds are disgusting and smell like dog urine throughout, overall, don't rent here. Management is rude, hides in their offices, never see the manager out and about walking the grounds to check on things. Most residents moving in ...here are fly by night, short-term leases now, doesn't feel like a home, feels like a Motel-6.Property Manager Responded

Management Makes A Difference
March 12, 2020I really enjoy the infrastructure and the amenities of my apartment/grounds, BUT the leasing staff is truly a hot mess. I have been living here for just 4 months and the leasing staff has literally changed 3 times. The current staff does not care about your concerns or getting back to you with answers in a timely manner at all. If you do get an answer from the staff you will get 3 different answers from 3 different people...no consistency! The leasing staff is always busy with tours and leave ...actual residents waiting long periods of time without recourse for their concerns. They actually gave a package a friend sent me away to another resident, who of course opened it. I tried to find out how this happened and if they would implement guidelines so this wouldn't happen again and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. The leasing staff doesn't seem to understand the Luxor package program they force residents to use, so I haven't gotten much help there. Again, I really enjoy the actual apartment, but the leasing staff really needs to get their acts together. This is really a beautiful luxury apartment but the unprofessionalism of the staff makes the luxury status very questionable. I recommend looking at other luxury apartments in the area due to the above concerns.Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2020For new renters please note the inspire has new ownership since end of 2019. This is a great place to live but since the new ownership a lot of amenities have been heavily trimmed down. We had a barista providing free fresh coffee, we had a marketing team organizing two events a month which were top notch, we had weekly free after work drinks and snacks, ... The warm inspire experience turned into a profit optimizing experience. I have no problem with companies making profit but if you market ...yourself as an upscale experience (and charge accordingly) you should walk the talk. To give one example: all 400 apartments received an invite for pizza and wine. There were a total of 4(!) pizza's and 4(!) bottles of red wine. Inspire has gone downhill to Uninspiring
November 20, 2019I have resided in a first-floor apartment since the complex opened and I am very disappointed to see this place deteriorating and fast. The cleaning is not transpiring regularly here and the garbage rooms are horrific. Unit hallways and carpeting in need of maintenance, walls dirty, complex grounds are hideously maintained and polluted with dog waste and urine smell due to no bark replacement or pine straw, just dirt/mud. Windows are filled with dirt and greasy prints community-wide, etc. I pay a ...high rent for my place and expect first-class maintenance in such an original beautiful and nicely maintained place but since RKW and their management started here, there is major lack of management and no care. The manager is non existent and does not walk the grounds to make sure the place is properly maintained. There is competition going up around this area and I am sure many who live here will go someplace else. I didn't move here to live in a filthy stinky place.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2018When I think about Inspire apartments I think of community! I have never experienced such a strong community at an apartment complex until I moved into here. We have events weekly. I am extremely grateful for our beautiful event planners Lauren and Daniel for adding such a special touch to this place daily. Horrible quality
September 14, 2018Moved in when the building was just finished. Multiple quality issues with falling out hardware and leaking water. Promised amenities did not work for 4-5 months, some are still not functional. Since water is leaking in multiple places, the humidity inside is almost always above 70%, you can find mold easily. Amazing Floor Plan!
