Staff is top-tier. The environment is peaceful, clean and friendly.. Also very affordable. It has a park/trail on the opposite side of the street. I enjoy getting my exercise daily.

Me my daughter and boyfriend have been staying here since Feb 2020 and we have loved every bit out here from the office managers to the people who live around us are so loving and out going. The complex is very peaceful and the pool makes it even better especially when you stay right in front of one. This was the best move for my family and i. Thank You Internationals Village

I enjoy pretty much everything about living here except for the maintenance. I have had multiple A.C. issues since moving in and every time I call about it they do not list it as a high priority thing to take care of and usually takes longer than a day for them to come out and fix it since it doesn't classify as an "emergency". It's difficult for me to understand why this is not an issue that they don't see as very important while I watch a maintenance man re-paint parking lines.

I'm a newer tenant. My husband and I have lived at International for almost 6 months. They made the process of getting and apartment extremely easy and even stayed late one day so my husband could make it in time to sign the papers. Our neighbors are friendly and 98% of the time it's super quiet. All of our appliances were brand new and never used, but none of them have had issues so far. The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile when they see you. The surrounding areas are very ...
well neighborhoods that I'm not sure have ever had crazy crimes. I definitely feel safe here even if I was to be single and living alone. Overall, we love it here...clearly!
