I like it so far manager and the Maintenance people are really good. I love the security and the cleaningness. Family friendly, it’s a good building at a good price.

We have made so many new friends here at the Interurban through the hosted events and simply by being in a safe environment here. I love how Ray gets into the spirit of every season and every one of the staff is wonderful!

My stay at the Interurban has been a great experience. The building is always clean, secure, and comfortable, with everything I needed close by. The staff continuously updates the property adding modern features of comfort, with a splash of new paint , and flowers for each floor. I can appreciate the time, and effort in place to make this a perfect place to call home!

We love the Interurban and the home that we have here. Everything suits our needs perfectly, the staff is wonderful and responsive, the facilities are great, and we love the location. The exposed brick and terrace are my favorite things about our home.

I've been at Interurban for 6 years and the apartment is getting better all the time and I truly believe its the determination from Ray Lane (Manager) to be proactive to be a better place. I like it so much I always tell people to check the complex out.

One thing I really appreciate here is the communication. When I needed something fixed asap, or had a concern, the maintenance team would be on top of it. Not just your apartment, but also the amenities! Whenever I had a guest coming over to visit, Hailey would always answer back promptly. Interurban Building is great at hospitality but they’re also great at hosting events and pool parties, which is all thanks to Raymond. Living here has been a fantastic experience and would invite others to come ...
too when looking to live in downtown Dallas.
