August 5, 2025One thing I really appreciate here is the communication. When I needed something fixed asap, or had a concern, the maintenance team would be on top of it. Not just your apartment, but also the amenities! Whenever I had a guest coming over to visit, Hailey would always answer back promptly. Interurban Building is great at hospitality but they’re also great at hosting events and pool parties, which is all thanks to Raymond. Living here has been a fantastic experience and would invite others to come ...too when looking to live in downtown Dallas.Property Manager Responded
