May 25, 2025I've had a great experience living at Interurban! The communication from management has always been clear and timely, which really makes a difference. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance is also quick and efficient—any issues I've had were addressed promptly. April 30, 2025I love living here and the small and large upgrades are great! The addition of flowers is my favorite and the air fresheners in the hallways, elevators, and trash rooms are appreciated. April 11, 2025I just moved into Interurban in March and am so happy with my apartment. The leasing team is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Hailey and Ray are great at what they do and really make sure that you have the options and things that you need. Regarding the building, there are tons of pros. Parking garage is awesome (big, easy to navigate, always open spots for residents), free Cowboys Fit membership, and newly installed fiber wifi. Everything is really clean, and they even put fresh ...flowers out every week. My apartment was cleaned by a team and they did a great job, and Ray ensured to fix all of my requests before move-in. Love the location as well, and there are constant security guards around, so I feel very safe 24/7.Property Manager Responded
