Review After 1 Year
July 8, 2016I've been here almost a year, and looked around for a newer place. After looking at newer complexes with granite and stainless (and more $$, which really didn't bother me), I decided to renew my lease here because I cant afford to lose my peace of mind. The good: It's really quiet here; even with kids and dogs. I love the arched doorways, and since it's older, the walls are thicker. The rooms are MUCH larger than the newer properties. I had new carpeting, flooring and a new AC when I moved in. I ...have never had to wait long on any maintenance issues, management is respectful, and pretty much everyone I've encountered says hello and is respectful. The grounds are kept neat and clean (I don't use the pool, but I have a view of it, and it looks clean; folks use it.) Most importantly, it's in an amazing location; right near my job! The not-so-good: This place is old (1980s is old for Vegas). If you're looking for updates throughout, you won't get it here. It looks like a throwback to the 80s. The only real problem with my unit is the plumbing; it works fine, but when my neighbor take a shower, it's really loud. So I asked myself; do I want to live with loud music, loud neighbors and parties (one complex told me "this was to be expected with a younger crowd"), or do I go home to peace and quiet, but hear a shower for 10-15 minutes every day? I think it depends on your lifestyle; I'm over 50, and I'll keep the peace and quiet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015Just moved into the invitational! Great move in experience, staff are great. Minor issue with apt. Washer did not fit in washer room, preventing door closing, until maintenance resolved the issue. Some minor existing carpet stains, no biggie.Review from Apartments.com

Great place
August 1, 2015The apartments are great. The golf course is quiet and I'm able to sleep without noise pollution. They just have trouble keeping the jacuzzi on in the evening or cleaning the pool after a windy day. Also better pay your rent by check or you'll get charged $10 every time you do it online (for "convenience").Review from Apartments.com
