ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. I had never had roaches until I moved here. There was 3 Shootings in 2 years that I lived there. No REAL security. MAINTENANCE half-way did things. I lived in 206 and I reported raccoons in the walls near the fireplace and they never did anything about it. you could hear them walking around and purring at night and running across the ceiling and they never did anything. The paint in the tub was cheap and kept coming apart, making the tub slippery. The water would be shut ...
off without notification. They wanted rent on time but could never fix anything in my unit in a timely matter. They had rude people working in the office...although the manager was polite.....everyone else was inconsiderate. There are no screens on the windows or balcony. They never replaced the filters for the air conditioning. I didn't get my deposit back even though the apartment was clean and nothing was broken no stains or anything and they took my deposit without even informing me I had to call after I moved out to ask where it was. And was given those poor excuses, she didn't even look for my file she had a reason right away.

I just recently moved out of these horrible apartments and the yr that I stayed with them was completely awful and full of problems. When I moved in the carpet was filthy/full of stains. Porch was full of leaves/trash and the tub was dirty. I wrote everything down on the report tenants are given when they move in. I turned it in and when I move out the lady at the desk tells me that they don't have it on file so I must not have turned one in. So they lost my report and blamed it on me. And they ...
will charge me for their already filthy carpet and I did ask for it to be changed but of course they have nothing on record of that. Their maintenance is horrible. About 2 months into my lease the bottom portion of my refrigerator stopped working. I asked for it to be fixed. Like 2 weeks later someone finally came to check on it and they said it needed a new part that they would have to order. I waited a week(I have only been keeping frozen foods for my 2yr daughter and I in the freezer)for the piece to arrive and when no one came to fix my fridge I go to the office and they kept giving me the excuse that it had not arrived yet.I kept calling (and when u call they don't answer, if they do and you have a question, they don't have an answer they tell they will call you back, but they never do)and going to the office until finally had a worker come in to check it and he felt bad that it had almost been 2 months and my fridge still wasn't working so he replaced it with one from an empty unit. Later my kitchen lights would go on/off/started to flicker constantly. I asked for them to fix it and it look almost a month for them to send someone out. When they came out to see I let them know it need to replaced/fix because I cannot have these flickering lights in my house because of my 2yr daughter(could cause seizure). I let them know the AC wasn't working properly and they never fixed it. There's always a bad smell that comes from it/it takes a while for it to turn on/it only has one temperature. It always has to be at 70/lower for it to work if its anything higher like 75 it will not turn on. When I put in my 60 day notice they kept harassing me, asking me when I had time to come and renew my lease.I got about 5 calls asking me the same thing over and over again. Leasing office people are horrible there's someone new there like every month i went to pay rent.The neighborhood is also extremely dangerous. There were so many times the cops would be at the apartments.

They have a bunch of things they do to get quick money. My mother in law moved from one unit to another one, you would would think they would be happy a good tenant is upgrading but no. When she moved I personally (still in my first trimester) helped her move and cleaned everything after except the kitchen sink. They charged her about 900 dollars. Said the carpet was stained,that there was a dog (but we paid the fee) and other illegitimate reasons as to why she was charged that much. She was soon ...
given a warning that said if she didn't pay the money in a week she would be evicted even though she pays her rent on time always had for the past 2 years. The pool and sauna are never able to be used. Something is constantly wrong; like the water wont get hot, roaches, the AC wont work, something is wrong with the washer/dryer plug ins, when they shut the water off they no longer notify the tenants, and the gate is always broken.

lease almost expires. . the only problems is that so many roaches. I like how the people fix my apartment as soon as I call. the apartment is nice but they lack on doing a better effort. if they did a better cleaning before moving in it would've been great! I'm going to miss my very first home/apartment. staff very helpful!
