Website is misleading
September 17, 2022Yes, there are amenities. But good luck being able to use them. The fitness center is very small. Four people in there are a crowd. Equipment is close together, so you feel the sweat of the person who’s working out next to you. The grilling area is constantly used by the same group of people, and they stay there all day. That area is fenced in and small. Not enough people clean up after their dogs. Some do, but not enough. The main entry door to the building slams closed every time someone enters ...and exits. It’s heavy and magnetic, so there’s no way to control it. But it’s LOUD and WILL wake you when sleeping. The slamming is all day and night. Not pleasant when your unit is next to it. Floors aren’t sound proof. I hear every foot step from above. Even through the night. Litter, it’s EVERYWHERE. Cigarette butts get thrown off balconies from above and unit above me let’s their dog pee off their balcony onto mine. Dumpsters get brought inside units through a hallway for garbage shoot early every morning. It will sound like walls are caving in. Don’t worry, you’ll be awakened by that too. If a major appliance fails to work, you’ll be blamed as if you don’t know how to use it. Even when it failed to work from day one. Going on a month now, still not working or replaced. Stay away from this place. I regret not taking that advice from others.Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2015The staff in the leasing office are extremely helpful and welcoming. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom which has been recently remodeled with new appliances. August 23, 2015I have a 1 bedroom apartment with my girlfriend on the first floor in our apartment building. The apartment has brand new appliances, linoleum kitchen floor, and carpets. Inwood West is located within 3 miles of Interstate 93 and Route 38, while also being within 5 miles of Interstate 95. Our amenities include; 24 hour gym/basketball court, a large common room for our leisure, and an awesome pool. Friends and family love our place, and find the amenities to be like none other. Loft is a must
August 21, 2015Love the open space, bright and spacious. Closet size is great in both bedrooms. Management re did the kitchens, which we paid extra to have done. What a disaster, poor quality cabinets and quality of work. Still love the location and space.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic Place to live!!
August 11, 2015I have been living at Inwood West for several years and really, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. They take care of everything from changing a light bulb to taking care of me. Last year I had a major surgery and things I ordered were stacking up in the office. I told them I could not lift and they came and brought all my packages to me, checked in on me and, when my cat passed away the following January, they came by with a little card and gift to try and cheer me up. July 21, 2015Hi, I'm Kayla, a golden retriever who just moved into Inwood West a few months ago and can't be happier. There's so much green space and trees and great places to walk. One of the most important things to our family is how quiet the complex and our apartment is. You would think we're the only ones living on our floor. Rooms are spacious; grounds are well kept; same day maintenance service the one time we needed to call. We don't even have to paws to recommend Inwood West.Review from Apartments.com
