Disorganized Management and Poor Human Relations

-The latest property managers Manco Abbott have a poor system for recording parking spots. They coldly threatened to tow my car multiple times for parking in a spot I had been assigned to all year all because they lost their documentation. Who knows what else they will randomly charge or threaten.
-They claim you can only rent on a 12 month lease with no flexible options for month-to-month etc
- They claim they will contact you when mail is delivered to the leasing office. This never happened ...
in our year there.
-Now that we have left, they are charging us $200 for a deep clean and $700 to re-paint the walls. We left the apartment sparkling clean and never touched or damaged the walls. We have called to question these charges and the poorly trained leasing office staff had no answer or explanation.
This is a cold, disorganized, unreasonable company- Stay away!
