A beautiful family oriented park
February 3, 2021I have lived in this excellent mobile home park since 2012 and have since enjoyed the many amenities such as, great management, friendly staff. There is lots of room for the kids to play and plenty of parents to keep watch. The on site laundry facility is very convenient. The close schools and shopping centers have been a delight. I also enjoy how close I am to the famous Featherfalls Casino for lovely date nights with my husband!Review from Apartments.com
Safe place
March 24, 2020Owners really updated park in 2019 (removed trash, evicted bad tenants, improved roads) and it's now a safe and great place to live. Wanted a friend of mine to come too but they have no vacancies...she's now on the wait list.Review from Apartments.com

March 23, 2019This pictures are 6 years old they aren’t current, I know cause that’s my car in the pic I haven’t been in there for years an I just went to look at it and the place is absolute trash. I feel sorry for who ever lives there. I did 6 years ago an it was beautiful now it’s just trash.Review from Apartments.com
