March 1, 2022Absolutely avoid this place. I’m convinced the other reviews were typical inside job marketing. The dryers suck and take 8 hours to work. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors breathing. Absolutely not worth the price. The hot water tank lasts all of 5 minutes when you shower. A great place to call home!
April 15, 2020My wife and I have lived in the Iron Pier apartments for just about 1.5 years and it has been a great experience. The location, the leasing team, and the quality of apartment/amenities are fantastic. The two community rooms (one with pool table and other with huge flat screen TV) are great for when you have guests over. Plus, since the community generally consists of professionals, these rooms are always kept clean. The only down side to the apartment was the lack of businesses on the ground ...level (as of 4/15/20). While the gym (included in rent) and salon are awesome additions, it would be great to see more businesses in the building. On the other hand, it is very easy to find a parking spot next to the apartment. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone that is looking for a luxury apartment that skips all the unnecessary expenses of a down town apartment, but still has all of the quality amenities and more.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Upscale living at its finest!
July 3, 2019Living here at the Pier is wonderful. Apartment layouts are spacious large bathroom well lit open kitchen large closet space and a washer and dryer. Just the space that I need. Beauitiful upper deck for lounging and grilling and community rooms for gaming or social events.I love that I can see fireworks from the deck coming from the baseball stadium. The creek walk is an added benefit for living here. Im very excited bout the onsite shops and brewery to arrive. June 29, 2019Can't say enough great things about living at the Iron Pier Apartments. It was a smooth move in with elevators on each end of the apartment building. Very pet friendly, includes the pet washing station! I love how modern everything is. All the appliances are brand new! Anytime I've called for maitenance the issue was resolved in 24 hours or less. Sometimes even fixed within the hour I called. Being near the creekwalk is great for dog walking. I feel safe and secure living here. The staff ...is very friendly and are always asking if I need anything, or just how things are going. There are always events going on near the apartments that are within walking distance. Since living here there have been at least 3 events benefiting different organizations. There are a lot more planned for this summer. Luxury living in Syracuse Inner Harbor
June 14, 2019The building is BEAUTIFUL. The interiors are modern, beautifully designed, and always kept impeccable (and it smells great. There are not many residential spaces that allow dog friendly accommodation and we were happy that the building allows dogs but is also located next to a park where we can enjoy our evenings with the puppy. Repairs/requests have ALWAYS been addressed promptly - most within 24 hours of my e-mail. I've never experienced that level of quality service, anywhere. We love the size ...of our apartment especially the kitchen. The gym is well equipped and the residents can enjoy the common room on the fourth floor. We are happy that we get to entertain our guests on the 4th floor lounge / game room , and my favorite the rooftop terrace that includes two barbecue grills. The have social events regularly where you get to know your neighbors and participate in events.
