I was recently visiting a friend at this community and really enjoyed my time there! The grounds are peaceful and very warm and welcoming. I got to walk through the main office and saw the large gym thats a plus and I love that they have a private package room for to ensure your deliveries are safe and secure. We just moved in a couple weeks ago and a few things needed a bit of maintenance after settling in. Put in a maintenance request in the late morning and help arrived a few hours later. Neil arrived with 3 work orders and he fixed everything so fast. I was expecting more to it but they were all easy fixes. Happy to know we've got a great maintenance team!

I moved in a little over a month ago and my goal was to stay within my children’s elementary school district. I carefully weighed my options and ultimately I chose this spot over some townhouse options because the finishes of the unit were more modern and updated than what was available in a single family house options on the market . Happy to report that so far everything about my experience here has been excellent. The energy around the complex is friendly and the staff keep things looking ...
beautiful. I haven’t lived in an apartment for many years, but I have to say there’s something nice about being part of a separate little community within Folsom community . The staff puts on some cute fun events every month, which my kids are looking forward to, and they do photo contests for the pets. The last few hot weekends of summer we have loved swimming in and using the built in grills at the pool for dinner. I am enjoying everything so far, this apartment community has exceeded my expectations. Folsom has a lot of new apartments going in, but most of them don’t have many attached garage options which is an option here. Since it’s not brand new and well established, the trees and landscaping are mature and lush, which I prefer.
