    There is no point in paying this amount of rent when you end up having to try and fix things yourself and make accommodations in your HOME to avoid a continuously problematic easily fixed issue that remains unfixed after a year of promises.

    Nice area to be. Dont have to worry about walking our dog at night. The office is always helpful whenever needed which is not much. The maintenance takes care of us and the property. I have lived here for over 10 years and not going anywhere. You will be glad you choose Iron Ridge.

    A very nice place to call home. The office staff is nice. Office always decorated for each holiday and season. Thanks Janet we love seeing that. We can enjoy our deck after work and the kids can play on the playground or go to the pool. Our apartment is nice and big for the price . Just renewed for the 3rd time. You wont go wrong calling this home.

    It is a nice place to live. Luckily, our lease is up soon because it is right near the railroad tracks. Before you would just hear the trains going by. Now, for some reason, they are blaring their horns all day and at night. Hopefully, you don't work night shift.

    Iron Ridge has been nothing but a nice home to live . We were moving from another state site unseen just by what we seen on line . Our apartment was in great shape upon getting here after a long long drive. The office manager Janet worked with us for several weeks and answered ever question dumb or not . She even went as far as taking picture of a unit so we can see it . Joann was even great by emailing our lease to us do we didn't have to worry about it. Once we arrived at the apartments the ...
    grounds were nice and the pool was relaxing . Only meet the maintenance men in the parking lot they always speak to us. And after we found out it was a family owned complex we were really happy we choose here.
