May 29, 2025I love my apartment. For me, it is in the perfect location that has less traffic than most of the Southside of town so it makes my commute easy. Management is responsive. I had an issue with my AC and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. The people here are friendly. I highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025Neighbors leave trash out by their door all day, everyday & not in a trash can. That draws roaches. Also, the people who pick up the trash don't always take everyone's trash. I have been out walking my dogs & I have seen them go upstairs & bring some trash down, but leave others. If something spills out of the bags, they just leave it.Property Manager Responded
