Run far, far away!
July 17, 2024The complex is very dated and the property management is a joke. Issues are typically swept under the rug, bandaged, or just completely ignored. Units are infested with roaches and mice. They do weekly pest control, however the pests just migrate to other units. Water leaks are just left to dry out, without a care if mold grows soon after. The maintenance staff are very short handed and are stretched very thin across various complexes ran by the property management company. They are also ...incredibly difficult to get ahold of. They have no problem emailing statements and notices, but when you have a complaint, it just gets ignored. I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere for apartments that are better cared for and communicative staff are present on the property. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDProperty Manager Responded
