Nice and Quiet
March 16, 2019Good quiet apartment complex. Maintenance is quick and does a professional job. Front office people are friendly and even better, helpful! Between the apartment, the amenities and the location, it's a fair price. The surroundings are beautiful and the grounds of the complex are manicured and pretty. It's an all around good place to be. Fleas, Mice, Mold, and rude office manager!
December 17, 2018The absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. During my year stay here I had fleas, mice (three times), and mold (twice), along with many other issues. There are children constantly running through the parking lots, the trash is always over flowing, and the office manager is beyond rude and unhelpful; she even hung up on me once. The only good thing I have to say about this property is the maintenance guys were always friendly and you can tell they actually care about their residents. An Honest Review
June 17, 2016Long gone are the days when people went from place to place in search of the perfect apartment. Thankfully. Therefore, I felt it was my duty to leave a reveiw for those who count on them like I do. Don't you thank the person who wrote, "don't rent here" and then spells out why you shouldn't. Well, my review will say, "rent here". I'm still a fairly new tenant. It will soon be 2 months that I've lived here. I had a slow drain in my bathroom and my AC unit went out this past Sat. It was 87 ...degrees in my apt. However, it didn't take lone for the maintenance to fix the issue with my drain, and someone came out the same day to fix the issue with my AC. I've read horror stories on the front office staff. They are nice when they are trying to get you to rent and then once you're in, they become rude and obnoxious. Not Ivy Hollow's staff. They remain pleasant and professional. It doens't have a lot a amnenties if amnenties are what you are into, but overall it's a decent place to stay. July 27, 2015A nice, quiet neighborhood, with great connection to the CATS busline (7N, 7S) and is within walking distance of grocery stores and fast food restaurants.
