Affordable price.... but not worth it
May 30, 2023I was really excited to move into Ivy Manor until the day I got my keys and realized there is no sort of AC unit in the bedroom, only the living room which is pretty much blocked off from the rest of the place. If you like open floor plans, this is not your place. I literally feel like this is in the middle of the ghetto and do not feel safe majority of the time. There are strange characters going from dumpster to dumpster, literally lurking in the shadows, etc. All the buildings from the outside ...look completely run down and unappealing. The walls are so thin I can hear the person sharing the wall WHISPERING. The pool is not properly taken care of as well and people will literally climb the fence after hours to swim.... However, my neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff are all amazing. I will admit the bedroom is very spacious and I appreciate having several closets for storage. My first ever bad review (I hate doing things like this but its needed)
February 17, 2022SO many mice! I never dealt with rodents until I moved here. I keep my place very clean. I like a clean peaceful place. I had to get mice traps and they all have gotten replaced about 12 times so far. The pest ppl is always here! The mice are coming from the vents.(so if i got mice everybody do) I hear moving through the vents every night and when shining my flashlight down there I see droppings and poison always eaten up. The poison or traps don't do enough because it must be too many mice. ...I hate to talk down or hurt someone from getting their money but this is ridiculous and I barely sleep in my own apartment due to these reasons. I never get apologies or help other than the exterminator coming in with more traps and poison. I never wanted to break a lease so bad it must be holes everywhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Small Space, Reasonable Price, Good Neighbors
August 11, 2015We went from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom at Ivy Manor. We were looking for a space big enough for us even though we knew that we wouldn't be home that often. We are both attend school at Wright State and work full time. Great location to the school and to our places of work. Neighbors were friendly and it felt like an actual community. If we ever had any maintenance issues, they were on top of it. Only thing that would hold me back in the future is the total size of the place. Very small.Review from Apartments.com
