This place is a slum lords dream
March 30, 2025I've lived at Ivy Manor for nearly 19 years. It used to be a decent place to live. A local area humanitarian organization took it over almost 8 years ago, and they have turned it into a slum. Right now it's 25 degrees outside, and my apartment is ice cold. The thermostat in the apartment is battery operated, and I put in a new set of batteries weekly. They've had 3 management companies, all of them 3rd rate outfits. We had a major bedbug problem here that went on for over a year. They spent ...more time trying to cover it up than they did trying to solve it.
