Absolutely Great
March 7, 2021Beautiful setting yet close to business and shopping. Our two managers Amanda and Larry maintain our complex indoors and out with perfection. Why I picked Ivy Pointe
March 5, 2021I am an elderly widower who has found the senior apartment that exactly fits my needs. That apartment is the Ivy Pointe Apartments and I have been living here for 18 months. My apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 large, 1 smaller. with large closets. The building is new, completed in late 2019. My kitchen is large family size with dishwasher, big oven, built-in microwave, large fridge and exceptional cabinet and counter space. There is also a pantry/closet. I also have my own private laundry washer and ...dryer, which is not always easy to find. Most senior apartments have a communal laundry, where you might have to wait your turn. Also the bath has a walk-in shower, and a large storage closet. The entrance is into a large living-dining area, with an entrance closet. The living area opens through double glass sliding doors onto a small rear patio area. The general manager at Ivy Pointe is Amanda, a friendly capable young lady who can help you with any questions concerning your residency here. Then, also on staff, is Larry, in charge of maintenance, a friendly congenial gentleman, who can take care of any utility or building problems. These are the reasons I picked Ivy Pointe, which is close to many dining and shopping areas in Eastgate and the Beechmont Ave. strip.Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
March 1, 2021It is close to everything, doctors, hospitals, places to eat, shopping, Jungle Jim's. The apartments are great also; they have a patio and grill for family picnics, and a place to get your haircuts. Amanda is great as the manager and Larry is super nice guy and an always available. A Positive Living Experience
April 16, 2020Living here for the last 18 months has been a positive experience. We were ready to be free of the upkeep & maintenance of a house and enjoy our independent life style. All utilities are included, even cable. We found the Ivy Pointe Cafe a small casual place to meet our neighbors over a cup of coffee. We enjoy the camaraderie and the friendships made by attending many of the activities offered. Wonderful Apartment Living
April 17, 2020A place to call home and feel like home even though it is an apartment. The apartment is well laid out, even includes a washer and dryer! The community offers so many activities and events where you can be social and meet your neighbors.
