    Everything the other person said is true! I just moved in September and I wish I hadn’t been so desperate when I signed the lease. You literally cannot break this lease for any reason and also the building is falling apart. Moving in, 2 different people told me they were leaving and when I asked why they both said “you’ll see”. They were right tho lol. DONT LIVE HERE!

    Honestly worst place I have ever lived. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! Apartments are severely infested with roaches, and I mean like big fat noticeable roaches!! Management is horrible. There's always some type of issue going on, whether it's the boiler, the back door, the stolen packages, the broken elevator, the roach infestation, the water being cut off every other week. It's literally always something. My advice save your money and find something else. This name change to Ivy Residences ...
    was obviously an attempt to hide the lawsuit they faced under the name of Hyde park Property Management just last month. I sincerely hope they put their tenants first and become a better company with the rebrand and not just change the name.
