April 5, 2024We just signed our second lease. Move in was almost smooth. We didn't know that we could not move in until after 5pm on moving day but other than that it went great. Love the staff and maintenance team. When there is an issue it's handled by the maintenance team in a timely manner as well as the office. Property is kept clean and rules are enforced. Quite and Friendly
July 12, 2020My girlfriend and I have lived here for more then a month, we are completely happy with management in the leasing office. Maintenance has been on top of everything we have submitted. I have read through the negative comments and they are very petty. No apartment is going to be perfect. And it shows how people have created a myth about apartment living. Don't even think about signing a lease here...
March 3, 2020We have lived here for 9 months now. There has not been a single two week period when everything is working properly. J. Marshall Square continually fails to deliver on what they have promised to us as residents. The following is one story that describes our experience here. The security gates are very unreliable and often lock you out of your own apartment until someone comes from the other side to open the gate. The same goes for the clubhouse, the key fobs rarely work and when they quit ...working, they simply leave the whole place unlocked so that anyone may come and go as they please. This happened with the gates recently, the gates were broken for nearly a month. Instead of promptly fixing the issue, they chose to simply leave the gates open. My car was broken into two times. Neither time did J. Marshall Square do anything about it. This is a very poorly managed apartment complex. This is only one of my many bad experiences with them. We are stuck here for four more months, but we are running as fast as we can as soon as our lease is up. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. There are plenty of apartments in Oklahoma City that are not only nicer, but cheaper and will treat you much better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good apartments, terrible company
October 24, 2017My lease was terminated early, by them, after I didn't break the law to abide by their rules. I was charged an entire month's rent despite being completely moved out by the seventh. They also took an unexplained $600 from me that I have yet to get back, even though I've asked about it several times.Review from Apartments.com
