Huge Tracts of Land

Remember the scene in Monty Python's Holy Grail - "One day all this will be yours..." "The curtains?"... "She's got huge tracts of land" So this building we have been living in for the last 10 years is not the newest by far, but what it does have to offer is huge spaces at what can only be called affordable for L.A. Sherman Oaks is a great city to live in and if you can get into this building then you have struck renters gold.
