I moved in a couple months ago from a house in the suburbs as I wanted fewer worries and to be closet to Downtown. The property itself is nice and has access to the Bayou; however, since moving the elevators are always down, which made moving my son out a nightmare as we live on the 3rd floor. We have also had to submit multiple work requests for the AC not cooling properly (currently around 85) leading to an AC bill of over $420, and an AC leak that soaked all closet items and damaged the floor ...
