    GREAT management, beautiful location...close to major highways and great walking access to bayou bike/hike trails and a small neighborhood park. Short drive to Memorial Park, Heights area, Montrose and midtown. Quick and efficient with any maintance calls and really warm and friendly community for all age groups. Y'all come on down!

    I’ve truly enjoyed living here. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when something comes up.     Cockroaches. Maintenance doesn’t repair things properly. Takes months for your appliances to be fixed. Cars stolen and left on bricks. Desire the leasing office attendant and Jacob are unhelpful. Kari is never to be found. Security cameras get turned away during robberies. No parking. The list goes on and on and on.
