People going through here with open exhaust and/or booming their subwoofers, nothing's said but if you let your grass get a little tall, you'll get a note on your door threatening a fine. Who's affected by the grass? NOBODY. Who's affected by the noise pollution? EVERYBODY. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. If you need peace and quiet, just keep looking. This place is a nightmare.

You WILL regret it.

No upkeep. You need something fixed, good luck! Unless it's something you can withhold rent for then they get on it. Bug infestations galore. Water pressure is a JOKE. People turning their music up way too loud like they live out in the country. Loud vehicles driving in circles all day. Yet they claim this place is "quiet". You've been warned.

This park is infested with cockroaches, horrible management & the trailers are all falling in. They put a bandaid over them & they aren’t even worth 1/4 the price you pay for them. Stay away.
