From before even completing my application Ms. Terri in the leasing office was amazing. I had absolutely no problems with the move in process. The front office ladies know who I am when I walk in there or they pop their heads in the gym. The pool is great. The kids are really respectful and it's great seeing them play outside. So many communities aren't really safe enough for that. I feel safe walking my old dog at night because the lot is so well lit. Absolutely appreciate the presence of first ...

The maintenance and administrative staff are truly amazing and make such a difference in the overall experience of living here. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever there are any questions or concerns. No matter how big or small the issue may be, they stay on top of it and make sure it is handled in a timely and efficient manner. It is very clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the work they do every day.

I think consistency is the word here. This applies to the friendliness of the staff, the maintenance of the grounds, and the events that are geared towards the residents to make their stay much more enjoyable!

overall JS is a quiet community. no complaints at all. maintenance response. is faster than prime delivery.

It is particularly wonderful in terms of its location. The complex's amenities—such as the gym, pool, children's playground, maintenance services, and tennis court—are excellent. The staff is very attentive. Overall, it is a place we are quite satisfied with; it is both safe and peaceful for children and families.

Based on our experience of approximately two years, this is generally a lovely, quiet, and well-maintained residential complex. Its amenities—and especially its location—are excellent. Both the office staff and the on-site personnel are very attentive. We had a smooth and secure experience. Thank you.

Great place! Clean area and all of the residents and staff are nice. Maintenance is good also. Good area for grocery stores and all of the essential places.
