I’ve been living here for nearly 2 years and it’s been a great experience. Recently, the fan in my bedroom broke. I’ve been having problems with it. Maintenance, who always responds quickly, fixed and replaced it. I also like the events that you have for adults. Keep up the good work!

Overall, my experience living here has been pretty good. I like the community and am generally satisfied with the apartment. However, the maintenance service could definitely be improved. Several of my maintenance requests have been marked as “completed” even though the issues were not actually fixed or addressed. This can be frustrating because I then have to follow up or submit another request for the same problem. I hope the maintenance team can make sure issues are actually resolved before ...

From before even completing my application Ms. Terri in the leasing office was amazing. I had absolutely no problems with the move in process. The front office ladies know who I am when I walk in there or they pop their heads in the gym. The pool is great. The kids are really respectful and it's great seeing them play outside. It is particularly wonderful in terms of its location. The complex's amenities—such as the gym, pool, children's playground, maintenance services, and tennis court—are excellent.
