Wonderful place for homely living . We do have school bus from leasing office to Elementary school,middle school and high school. Cinemark movie theater walking distance.

The process moving in was awesome and very quick. I loved the help I received but the rating is because I went out of town the next day I moved in and they towed my car. No call or email to let me know. I came home to no car and a $560 bill :( have yet to find the guest code for my guests to also register their car and the process of trying to register a guest is very tedious. Parking all together was a complication for me. Now I’ve only been in the apartment for a couple days and there’s issues ...
with the bathroom sink and some sort of device in the counter for the dishwasher. They seem to be easy fixes but after the huge bill from towing it’s just annoying.

I love how quickly I was able to move in. The administration has been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly during my orientation and made sure I understood all the important details. The entire experience has been smooth, organized, and stress-free. The apartment unit itself is in mostly good shape. Over time, some cheaper in unit building materials (carpet, drywall) are aging faster, but the unit is mostly quiet (even with pool view) and is in a great location - access to 75 without the noise. The amenities - pool, gym, etc. are in very good shape. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues with the building that aren't being properly tended to, and it is starting to show. The stairways, doors, and elevators are hit and miss. The ...
stairwell 1 doorway into the building hasn't had a door handle on it in months - it's just a hole in the door. For whatever reason, the parking garage gates are never working, and having cones out seemingly always cheapens the feel and appearance. The second floor door into the building from the parking garage has a hanging metal push bar on it, making it completely useless. At this point in the life cycle, the walls need painting, and the hallways need more tlc. Not living up to overall potential

It’s been great except for the gates and doors have been broken a lot more and there has been a pot smell. The front and maintenance staff are so nice and help you.
