February 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment unit itself is in mostly good shape. Over time, some cheaper in unit building materials (carpet, drywall) are aging faster, but the unit is mostly quiet (even with pool view) and is in a great location - access to 75 without the noise. The amenities - pool, gym, etc. are in very good shape. Unfortunately, there are multiple issues with the building that aren't being properly tended to, and it is starting to show. The stairways, doors, and elevators are hit and miss. The ...stairwell 1 doorway into the building hasn't had a door handle on it in months - it's just a hole in the door. For whatever reason, the parking garage gates are never working, and having cones out seemingly always cheapens the feel and appearance. The second floor door into the building from the parking garage has a hanging metal push bar on it, making it completely useless.
