No!!! Don'ttt move in here. I wish if there are 0 stars in this review. Bed Bugs, roches, Molds everywhere. Unhygeinic and dirtiest place. Dangerous heater with gas leak, greesy kitchen ventilator.We had to throw out 2 brand new beds and 3 chairs due to bed bug infestation and roches. We paid a security deposit of 2150$ and they refunded 300$. They charged 800$ for repainting, 500$ for cleaning, 150$ for roches, 200$ for a door replacement(We don't even know what is this about). The management never listen to your complains. They never repair anything. You have to ask about 5-6 time if you need to fix anything and still no guarantee even thought it's emergency kind of fix . water goes out anytime and they tell you they are fixing something. They have ROACHES and BEDBUGS MANY!!! They will do the treatment but it come back again because this building is old. No solution. I would recommend getting any apartment for peace of mind long term. I have live here for years and use to be good. Ever since new manajemint take over is like they abuse power never listen to tenants and is never available for when something is wrong. They try try try very hard to keep deposit even say they evict you or make bad report if you fight for deposit. Unprofessional management, barely speak english. Dirty, old, poor maintained apartments. Cockroaches, leaks, and mold!!! Smells like cigarettes and dog urine. The smell just punches you in the face. Loud. Kids running around up and down stairs and corridors at all hours, no consideration for neighbors. People always parking in your parking stall and management is nowhere to be found or hard to get a hold of. Conflict of issue having a property manager and the onsite manager married... For the amount they ask for and images they posted I believed this place was gonna be great. It is the complete opposite! Filthy once you walk in the front gate and everyone is LOUD! I can hear tenants screaming and pounding as I was being shown a 1 bedroom apartment. There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and the manager told me not to worry that they can have the unit sprayed every 2 weeks.........EVERY 2 weeks! When I had brought up my concerns about pricing, parking, cleanliness, and ...

the excessive amounts of pets and cigarette butts on the ground the manager and his wife who the on site manager had then proceeded in a aggressive tone to tell me that this is a very high demand location and that if I did not want it I would be losing out on a great deal because they have a line of tenants waiting to move in and that my application may not even be approved. Although they were not sure of my approval they also asked if I was ready to pay my deposit. This place feels very poorly ran I’m not sure if it is tied to a property management or ran in house but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES.

Move in out of absolute desperation. Roach infested, tiny, loud neighbors who Hang out and let their children play in parking lot. There is not an enclosed space for pet play either although people do let their pets roam free so be careful. No play ground, just grass area. There’s a pool that is having to be cleaned 2x last summer because it turned green. I’ve seen dead rats. Management takes forever to respond to any inquiry. There’s a pond that stinks in the middle.
