Not worth it.

How does this place have any stars?
July 30, 2023Deplorable living conditions despite a so called renovated unit. Unsafe, unsanitary and overall disgusting. Filthy hallways, electric components faulty and non working condition and utility rooms are a mess; not to mention broken washer for 4 plus months.Property Manager Responded

dON'T MOVE HERE
February 10, 2023I have lived here 5 years and will be moving at the end of my lease. We have been through three owners in the last three years and the most recent owners seem to be taking away everything that made this a decent place to live. Do not believe the pictures that have been submitted on this site. The majority of the trees have been cut down. What was the party room is now being used as an office for three people. The room that once held packages for residents until they could pick them up is no ...longer there. Packages now need to be picked up at the NO post office. The pool is gone. The tennis courts are gone. The exercise room is unavailable because it is being used for storage. Also, some of the amenities that are listed are not in the apartments -- no hardwood floors, disposals are being removed, Formica countertops not granite and the kitchen is too small to be considered an eat-in kitchen unless you eat standing without a table. Good price but thats about it
December 7, 2022I have lived here for 3 years now and have been through 3 different landlords. No carpet in our hallways/stairs for the past 2 years and they keep giving me the run around when confronted about it. New management took away the pool, the mail room, and the gym. If all you want is a cheap roof over your head, then this place will do that but that is it.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2022i’ve only lived here for 5 months and i’ve had a million issues with my “newly renovated” apartment such as the sewer line exploding and the entire buildings poop coming up the drain into my bathtub and was told by the office “well you are just going to have to clean it” never any parking. leasing office is never any help. washer in laundry unit has been broken for months on end. horrible neighbors. 0/100 i hate it here so much my list of complaints could go on forever.Review from Apartments.com
