Everywhere I look: ROACHES
July 19, 2022First off let me start by saying this place is a dump to say the least. I have roaches in every cupboard, baseboard, and crevice. Every time I open a cupboard or drawer at least 2-3 roaches go running. I’m absolutely disgusted at this point and am starting to feel negative health effects.Review from Apartments.com

Clean Well-Maintained Property
May 29, 2021My husband and I rented a studio for about two years (2019-2021). During this time, we felt relatively safe and never had any trouble with bugs or pests at our apartment. Whenever we called with a request to get something fixed, we heard back in a timely manner. While we could sometimes hear our neighbors through the walls, we felt for the most part that we had privacy and didn't feel like it was a huge problem. Overall, the place is pretty quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The facilities ...is well maintained, and the landscaping is done well.
