nice place and accessible to everything - like that transportation include train and quicker access to center and university city - good value - surprise after living in other apartments is that office staff are helpful with any issue/question, not just there to collect rent... call with a question or issue and you're not waiting 2 days for a callback or until building owner comes home to salt/plow sidewalk, fix sticking door, etc.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything above and below you (conversations, tvs etc). Floors are very squeaky. If someone lives above you be prepared to have sleepless nights if they walk back in forth nonstop. There has been a roach problem in this building since I moved here. High priced for 1 bedroom apartments. Definitely not worth the price at all. Rent is raised every renewal but nothing is updated in this apartment except the small bathroom. Complaints don't matter even if you've been ...

paying rent on time for years. Well, other people complaints matter just not mines. Plumbing issues I've been complaining about since 2018 still has not been resolved. Roach and mice problem since day one. I'm so tired of killing roaches everyday. Can't even have Company because I'm embarrassed. I cannot wait to move. Never again

The apartment is ok. It was good for the time being. Apartments are not updated. You get the bare minimum BARE MINIMUM. Had a broken stove for a year... no one ever came to fix it. Had a broken air conditioner for 3 months when called no one answered, left multiple messages. Live with mice

The mice problem here is crazy! It’s sad! My neighbors were nasty!! Plus for it to be one bedroom apartments it seems like some of these tenants had a family of 3 adults and 5 kids in one apartment! It seems like some of the older tenants families were always coming here dumping stuff or just making the outside of the building look dirty! Plus there was always teenagers smoking weed in the laundry room! I was so glad when my lease was up here I flew up out of here! Plus the building manager was ...

I like this place because of its access roads. There are many options to get to this place. I constantly see maintenance people worrying about keeping this place in good condition, and I like that when I have a requirement. They are very fast and effective.

My aunt lives in these apartments I met a di that I was visiting are apartments with a lot of green area are pleasant to the sight and very safe has next to an acme which facilitates a lot when it comes to a disabled person as is my aunt, the buildings are very clean, and have many access roads.
