May 23, 2022While I didn’t always get an immediate answer, the staff was apologetic and did their best to answer my questions as quickly as possible. Once something became available, the move in process was easy and pain free. Maintence people have been very friendly and helpful so far.Review from Apartments.com
They lead you on but have no availability
May 23, 2022Their communication is terrible. You can only email them, and when you do it take days to get a response, if you even get one at all. They are quick to send you an application and collect that application fee $$$ but then it's crickets. Unprofessional money grabbers.Property Manager Responded

Disrespectful staff
November 4, 2021Unprofessional and very disrespectful staff. I called office couple of times regarding tenants issues and always got different information without solving my problem. The lady used rude tone, arrogant interrupted line, I left messages for manager, owners months ago nobody pay attention about tenants and tenants needs.or this lady didn’t send my messages.Review from Apartments.com

November 29, 2020I love it here! The complex and staff are wonderful. The apartments are spacious and affordable . Maintenance comes the very same day when you call. My only complaint is the no pet policy. I wish they would be more flexible in that aspect.Review from Apartments.com
Do not believe these 5 star reviews
April 19, 2020Been here for 20 years. I haven't moved because of financial reasons. Significant plumbing problems. Never know when water will be shut off. Thin walls and floors. Buildings are shifting. Maintenance is 2 stars. No visitor parking.Property Manager Responded
May 6, 2020Please keep in mind the apartments were built in the 1970's. So of course we do have occasional plumbing issues. If the water being turned off has caused any inconvenience we apologize but it was surely necessary so we could make any required repairs. We take pride in resolving all maintenance requests from tenants within 24 hours and if this has not been your experience please contact us so we can discuss how to better resolve any issues you may have in the future. February 8, 2020I moved in almost 30 years ago. As one would expect there has been many changes over that timeframe. But this is my home and I love it here.
