Terrible maintanence bully lease
January 29, 2020Management thinks you are lying anytime there is a problem in the unit, the pipes burst every winter almost and most of the units have roaches that are not sprayed for on the regular to keep them away. So sad to see such a beautiful place go down hill.Review from Apartments.com
Jefferson Heights Apartments
October 9, 2015This apartment complex is not new, but it is well maintained. The rent is very reasonable. I don't think you will find a nicer apartment for the money. Jefferson Heights has two large courtyards and is pet friendly. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and most of them have a dog or cat. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood that is virtually crime free, but only a few minutes from downtown.Review from Apartments.com
