    My pets and I had an amazing time living at Jefferson Ridge. It was super convenient when my dogs were puppies because we were able to just set outside my front door and have so much open space. Loved the dog park and the trails, so many people have dogs, its great, love this community

  • Used to be good

    New management has come in and has ruined this place. Honestly if you're willing to deal with constant rule changes, increased rent, poor communication and bad maintenance crew this is the place for you.

    I have lived here for one and a half years, and have been very happy with my stay. All the staff are very responsive and competent. The maintenance workers even drove one hour at 10:00 pm to fix our AC unit when it started leaking. The property is beautiful with many places to walk, and the apartments are spacious with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The price is fair for what you get. Equivalent locations in Charlottesville are the same price or more expensive, and cheaper places are lower ...
    quality or income controlled in my experience. You also have options to get a cheaper apartment such as opting for older appliances or getting an almost identical layout with less square footage. The location is pretty quiet despite the proximity the the highway, and most of the city is very accessible if you have a car. Overall, would highly recommend.

    The townhouse-like complex is surrounded by beautiful vistas, parkland and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Cville! The units are surprisingly spacious with very nice features! The complex is well-maintained with a professional management group and a very capable maintenance staff. Definitely pet-friendly living!     We've lived in Jefferson Ridge for about two years while in grad school. 1) It's a quiet community close enough to grounds. 2) The staff is very friendly and accommodating of requests. 3) The rent is fair, the facilities are much nicer than any complexes I've been to closer to grounds.

    I lived at the Jefferson Ridge community for a little over 2 years, and I was sad to have to move. This place is great! very large apartments, always well kept. but the best part is the staff, they are always eager to help and do go above and beyond! I really miss the resident events they had at the club house, and what a Gym! We also loved the pool! if you are looking for a clean, and fun community this is the place for you!

    In the time I have lived here, which is short, I have noticed a few things. The design and general layout is nice with high ceilings and large rooms. However in the few months I have lived here I have encountered more large insects, such as spiders, than in previous multiple years at other locations. It's to the point where I no longer feel comfortable in my own apartment. At the rate this place charges. It's obscene. The management staff is less than responsive and extremely dismissive when you ...

    Apartments are very generously sized for comparable area prices. The dog park is the best in town and the vaulted ceilings and wood burning fire places in the second floor units are amazing bonuses. There's plenty of built in storage and significant closet space.
