We offer extended-stay, monthly and long-term rentals. Our complex is equipped with keypad entry; the main building doors automatically lock and unlock each evening and morning with private keyed entry into each apartment. Your vehicle is safe in the well-lit, off-street parking. Jefferson Square is conveniently located in the heart of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and is close to shopping centers, the downtown district, major restaurants, local hospitals and the area’s major employers and colleges. We are easily accessible to I-180 and Rt 15. Each suite/apartment is completely furnished. We provide fully-functional kitchens containing full-sized kitchen appliances including dishwashers and micro-waves along with pots, pans & dishes for you prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a midnight snack. Relax in the comfort of your own living space while you surf the television with over 70 channels to choose from, with HBO. You can connect your computer to high-speed internet access or use your wireless connection. Enjoy the comfort of a king or queen-sized bed; we provide all linens including towels & wash clothes for the bathroom and kitchen. Washers and dryers are conveniently available in most apartments, and a common laundry facility is also available. You decide where you want to set the thermostat to your comfort with central air and heat. we maintain a very high standard for cleanliness. Repair and emergency service is available 24/7. Fitness Factory is a half mile from Jefferson Square. The River Valley Regional YMCA and Planet Fitness are only 1 mile from Jefferson Square. A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and is returned with a 30-day notice of ending your stay. Cancellations within two weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge.
