Several mass transit options are available, including a nearby airport, with large highways surrounding. There is no passenger train station in the city.

Traffic around the city is mild to moderate, and connects to one of four major roadways. Interstate 180 and US Route 120 run north and southeast through the city, headed towards NYC. Interstate 99 enters Williamsport from the southwest, merging into US Route 115 headed north to New York State and Rochester.

There is a small selection of media outlets in the city, including three newspapers called the Williamsport Sun Gazette, Webb Weekly and The Williamsport Guardian. While there are no local television stations, radio stations such as Rock 90.9 and WWPA FM serve their community well.

What is there to do around Williamsport?
