I moved into this apartment complex in July 2023 and stayed for two years. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw on Google—they were accurate.

address it, they charged me a $600 “reinstatement fee,” followed by another $270 the next month. They credited it back eventually, but the stress wasn’t worth it.
Winters aren’t much better. They don’t shovel the snow, leaving residents to fend for themselves. If you’re planning to move out, be warned: they require at least two months’ notice. Otherwise, you may be forced to pay up to three months’ rent just to leave.
I gave proper notice and even had maintenance replace the blinds before I moved—because I knew they'd try to deduct 9signing a lease here. I genuinely hope this review helps someone avoid the experience I went through.
