Let me start with the obvious: The rent price is unbeatable. And it'd definitely a liveable apartment. The building is rather old but has been upgraded well to give the appearance of a modern apartment. The hard wood flooring is beautiful and a definite draw. When you peak around though, you'll notice the things that cannot be upgraded easily like water system and AC look pretty outdated. The big problem is that our correspondence with the realty company for any problems we've encountered has ...

been hit and miss at best. Sometimes things are handled timely. Sometimes we've had to call 3 times before it got fixed. All in all, this apartment is an average living place for a great value.
