ROACH INFESTATION
December 11, 2022I HAVE BEEN OVERWHELMED WITH A ROACH FOR 5 MONTHS because the owners are too cheap to pay an exterminator to find the source and treat the entire building as needed. New management is extremely lazy and rude. They do not answer calls more do they fix issues in the apartment. I have a clogged sink with at broken garage disposal, and when I called in to report it I was told it wasn’t an emergency because I can use my tub to wash dishes. September 12, 2022The NEW MANAGERMENT TEAM is VERY LAZY, they DON'T answer or RETURN calls and are NEVER in the MAIN OFFICE. Multiple tenants have tried to reach out to the office about the leak that's in our apartment building stairwell. Every time it rain the ceiling leaks with pouring rain. They are letting ANYONE move in, THIS COMPANY ONLY cares about getting their RENT. There has been multiple disturbance complaints and NOTHING has been done. New tenants have brought roaches into the apartment building.Review from Apartments.com
Let people throw trash everywhere
February 24, 2021They let people throw trash all over the back stairs. Parking lot filled with glass. Mail boxes have been broken for months. The office staff is rude and dismissive. Every time the power goes out or surges the fire alarm will go off for upwards of an hour at all times of the night. Windows are eathor super loose and constantly leaking cold air, or painted shut and un openable. Matience staff and security are super nice and helpful. Trash and No accountability
June 7, 2020The place is just filthy and smells terrible. People just throw trash anywhere they please. There's no accountability for any employee due to the fact that the owners just want to collect rent and leave it up to management to run things. Do not live here
January 6, 2019Neighbors always loud and obnoxious after quiet hours. Notified landlord several times and nothing was done. Moved out after we had to call the police when it got really bad one night. Constantly smells of pot. Common areas always littered with cigarettes and beer cans. The people walking around the property are like zombies and make your skin crawl. Do not live here. Regretted this immediately. While it is cheap it is not worth living in this awful crime ridden area. Landlord doesn't evict ...anyone because he just wants his money.Property Manager Responded
January 9, 2019To Whom It May Concern: When you moved in you knew this was a urban area. Also when you live in a building with more then 57 units you will hear noise.Residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. We do have a camera system in our lobby area.
