December 5, 2024Convenient location! Walkable to Whole Foods, Tokyo Fish Market, Peet’s coffee,shops & cafes. Nice neighborhood with beautiful flowers. Maintenance team is always quick to response and get all fixes done within 24hr. The manager team is caring and host community activities throughout the year. Dog and kid friendly! Inconvenience transportation, Smoky and smelling ventilation, Poor admin communications and facility frequently under maintenance
May 2, 2024The location is very inconvenient and the bus is often late or cancelled. The ventilation is so bad and you can smell people smoke every week. The staff communication service is bad and they appeared nice at the beginning but later they turned their face and poor communication between them. They like to change their policies a lot and the facilities in the room are always subject to repaired. Not recommended for the premium price at all.Review from Apartments.com
Pros and cons...
January 17, 2023I lived here for almost two years, from 2021-2022. The Good: - Great view from the roof deck. - Soundproofing is good for noise from outside and from other apartments. - Kitchen is really nice with great storage and island, spacious fridge. - Secure package locker is very useful. The Bad: - Ventilation system is awful and the management has no interest in addressing this problem. You will smell everything your neighbors cook/burn. A few months before I moved out, I acquired a neighbor who ...smoked weed daily so my apartment constantly reeked of weed. I contacted management about this several times and their response was "Gosh so sorry you have to deal with that, nothing we can do..." That's not an acceptable answer, particularly at this price point. - Don't expect to get much of your security deposit back, even if you leave the apartment in pristine condition. Greystar charges everyone for routine apartment turnover maintenance like shampooing the carpets, and spot-painting the walls.Property Manager Responded
