    Jones Grant Luxury Homes offer ten times more in amenities than the average going surrounding complexes. Rent is Remarkablely low considering the much needed amenities offered.     I just moved into my apartment at Jones Grant and the team has been fantastic! I had a few maintenance requests that I put in verbally with the office team when I completed my move in inspection and then I submitted a few maintenance requests through the portal- the maintenance team completed everything within days of the requests being submitted- frequently within 24 hours! The whole team has been great.

    The thing I love the most is my patio. My dog enjoys sitting outside with the door open in the cooler months. This is a very dog friendly property. With that the owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

    Jones Grant is the perfect apartment for its price point and location. The amenities are nice and the apartment itself is exactly what you pay for. The community is very pet friendly and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been extremely pleasant and kind. You also cannot beat the location. Highly recommend!
