Poorly managed, poorly maintained, unaffordable housing

Don't be fooled by the superficial improvements and renovations... We still dealt with mold issues, ants, bad repairs, broken appliances, and unclean conditions. The apartment was not properly turned or repaired for our tenancy. They only offer month to month leases - which doesn't provide any sort of accountability on their end or security on ours. It seems a little suspicious. The management is unresponsive and poor.
