    The staff here always patiently answers my questions. I feel like I'm returning to a warm home every day. Any maintenance issues are also handled quickly. I really like the atmosphere here. The location is very convenient, and the police station is nearby, so I feel very safe living here.

    Living here has been a really great experience. The staff is friendly and always quick to help, whether it’s a maintenance request or just a simple question. The property is clean and well-kept, and you can tell they actually care about making it a nice place to live. The amenities are solid—the gym is always in good shape, the pool is clean, and parking is never a hassle. It’s also quiet and feels safe, which is a huge plus.     Love it here. Georgias Farmers market next door keeps me stocked up on healthy vegetables, honey, and coffee. H-E-B is right up the street and Junction 15 has the best gym I've had. Everyone that I meet from our community is great and the staff is excellent.

    Junction 15 has been a great apartment so far! Just moved in last week and everything went smoothly. The staff have been all very helpful, the building is beautiful and it is easy to access. The downtown area is great.

    I love living here!! It’s so close to everything! The process moving in was so smooth and easy. Paloma was so helpful! My apartment is beautiful and the view is amazing. Everyone is so nice and it’s really quiet. I feel safe because the court house right next door with all the police officers. 10/10 maintenance is also quick love it here so much!! I feel so blessed to call this place my home

    Very clean apartments. When I moved in, I had brand new carpet and the walls were freshly painted. Paloma at the front office made my move in process painless.

    I really enjoyed the restaurants and things to do in downtown Plano. I looked at several apartments in downtown Plano. Junction 15 was my favorite place. Apartments have great amenities, friendly staff and love the apartment layout.

  • Wrongful Towing

    August 24, 2024
    My best friend lives at Junction 15 and last weekend when I was visiting my vehicle was towed from an area with no parking restriction signs. I spoke with the property manager, Iwona, and she told me "there was a sign but it was ripped off and put in the bushes." She went on to say that I should have looked in the bushes and seen the sign WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. She refused to help me get a refund for getting towed and was extremely rude during our conversation. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.
