Unsafe Living Conditions – Management Does Not Care About Residents
August 19, 2025Our family has had nothing but problems since moving into Kachina Springs. The apartments have black mold and roach infestations, and even after making multiple requests, management and maintenance only do a half-hearted job that never solves anything. It’s clear they don’t care about our health or safety. This is the first time we’ve ever had such difficulty with an apartment’s management. To make things worse, we even have reason to believe our tires were deliberately slashed here, which adds ...to the unsafe feeling. We can’t wait to move somewhere safer for our family. If you’re thinking of living here, please reconsider—your health and safety are not a priority to management.Property Manager Responded

Favorite Place
December 23, 2017This place is the best I've lived at thus far. The staff are always around and ready to help, and you get your privacy and peace of mind because they only come in for rare and necessary maintenance and give you ample notice when they do. It's decently quiet for an apartment complex (and I even live in the building closest to the entrance/road). The appliances and amenities look and work great. Nothing was broken when I moved in, and almost nothing has given me any grief still after having been ...here a year. The washer and dryer in the unit work well and are an awesome feature to have, especially at pretty much no extra cost to me. Rent is very reasonable and low, even after the small water and trash fees are added. Bugs are few and far between (especially for Arizona). It's in a convenient area, close to a variety of shops, main streets, and the highway but not in the middle of it all. It's the perfect place for me as a single, minimum-wage working adult who values personal space, quiet time, good aesthetic, and sturdy appliances. Better than most
July 23, 2015If you're looking for a bargain, this is the place. Washer/dryer in every unit and a pretty big 2 bedroom apartment. Other than the master, not much storage space if you don't include the storage room on the balcony. Kitchen is a good size and living room is large. We have old appliances that have needed maintenance several times which are the main issues. I am able to look past it for now due to the fantastic location on a quiet street near everything.
