Our family has had nothing but problems since moving into Kachina Springs. The apartments have black mold and roach infestations, and even after making multiple requests, management and maintenance only do a half-hearted job that never solves anything. It’s clear they don’t care about our health or safety.

We can’t wait to move somewhere safer for our family. If you’re thinking of living here, please reconsider—your health and safety are not a priority to management.
