August 27, 2025They are making improvements under new ownership, but it still needs work. This complex says it has a pool, but in 7 years, it's been open for maybe a total of 3 weeks. The parking is an issue. Residents have 1 covered space, but other residents or maintenance staff often park there. Communication from management is poor; they don't respond to emails. The HVAC system is poor--you will be lucky to get your apartment cooled to 80 degrees if you have an upstairs unit. It is close to shopping, and ...walking distance to a lot of stores. There is an on-site package room for deliveries and that is very helpful. If you need maintenance, they are a lot faster at repairs since the new ownership took over and they do a lot more to keep the complex looking clean.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025I had the most wonderful experience moving into this apartment community. From start to finish, Vonda and Alyssa were absolutely amazing, so kind, communicative, and helpful. They walked with me through every step of the process and made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable. There were no issues at all during move-in, and everything went smoothly thanks to their support. The apartments themselves are beautiful, true to size, and exactly what I was hoping for. Zero stars - DO NOT RENT FROM KALEIDOSCOPE
July 20, 2025We moved to Las Vegas this summer and Kaleidoscope looked great up on our initial visit. They took 2x $75 deposits, then ghosted us. They said I was "red flagged", but whenever we called to find out what that meant, they would not return our calls. They would not respond to emails either. After a couple of weeks, they would not even answer the phone when we called. We know they were tracking us specifically because they picked up right away when we called from a different number. They also lied ...to us saying that we had to present drivers license and social security card in person saying it was a state law - it's not. They are thieves and liars. Don't waste your money or your time looking at them.Property Manager Responded

Better hope nothing needs fixed
July 17, 2024AC has been out for 10 days of 115-120 weather, with no reply from management even though I have emailed every manager I can find multiple times in addition to the service request. Garbage Disposal out for a month with no reply. Bathroom leak for 7 months with no reply. Pool is closed often, mailbox room door broken for longer than I can remember. If you are looking to move, this isn't the place for you unless you love 94 degree apartments every day. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022If I could give these a apartments 0 stars I would. Please do not live here and invest your money somewhere else. From day 1 we walked into a horrendous apartment and demanded to be moved to a livable apartment. Then our dryer started to squeak and when the repair man came to fix it, he sprayed it with WD-40 and said it was good to go. A month later the dryer complete stopped working and then took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Our last month living there, our shower roof started to leak and was ...never replaced. All smoke and mirrors
February 26, 2020Beware! It is all smoke and mirrors. The amenities are false advertising. You are locked out of the gym a majority of the day and it is ill-equipped. They do not communicate safety or health concerns to residents. The property managers mostly seem to have terrible attitudes or dislike their tenants. Def a one star place
November 22, 2019Office phone rings off the wall. No messages are able to be left. Pool in the summertime was a key selling point. But the pool is filled with debris and bugs.
