Great studio apartment close to everything!
July 30, 2021I loved living in this apartment. You can’t beat the location. The location is close to 76 for easy on and off access and walking distance to the wissahickon park. Also in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking is of abundance so you never have to worry about that. My studio was spacious enough to live comfortable and I had a boat load of closet space which was great! There is also on site laundry which is nice. Super close to manayunk/Roxborough and in the wonderful safe neighborhood of ...mount airy. July 3, 2019I lived at Karen Park for the past year (2018-2019) in apartment B1 (studio) and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We had no problems with any bugs or other vermin that Philadelphia is plagued with and the area is a great place to be. It is in a very nice and quiet area and very close to the beautiful Wissahickon park for going on a run, walking and exploring. It has its own parking lot and plenty of space available, I never had to park anywhere else. It is a 5-10 minute ...walk to the Tulpehocken train station to take you into 30th St. Station. By car, even on a busy early commute, I typically could get into town within 15-20 minutes if I needed to drive during the weekdays. This apartment building was great and well kept. Our studio was much bigger than I thought and my wife and I had plenty of room for all of our furniture. The kitchen, appliances and bathroom were all brand new and the kitchen had plenty of cabinets to store away everything. The unit came with a big AC that was more than enough to keep the entire studio ice-cold. The bathroom was pretty big for a studio and had brand new tiles and a nice medicine cabinet and sink. This unit came with two big closets one of which was a walk-in could store 5 big suitcases full of clothes and other large items. The other closet was a big plus too as we could put lots of supplies in there as well. Overall I really recommend you stay here as we have nothing but good memories and a wonderful time during our stay. I hope to come back and rent again someday.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
