Kedron Ridge consists of two buildings located on several acres of land adjacent to the Trent Shrontz Memorial Park and over looks the Indian River with direct access to the city ball parks. Olivet High School and Middle School are less than a block away. Water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal & lawn care included in rent. Carports are available on a first come basis and are a additional fee per month. Storage units available for rent for additional fee per month. This facility is a no smoking. We are Pet Friendly! Our Pet Policy Is: $200.00 Non Refundable Pet Deposit $25.00 a month per Cat - Limit 2 $50.00 a month per Dog - Limit 2

January 23, 2025This place looks really nice and well taken care of, until you live there yourself…. They use cheap materials to take care of everything and the maintenance is not very handy at all! The Best Olivet has to offer
November 28, 2018I had not rented in over 20 years and really did not know what to expect. The experience exceeded all expectations. The apartments are newly redesigned and are absolutely beautiful. The proximity of the complex to downtown Olivet is perfect for taking the family on a evening stroll through town. And the playground is perfect for hours of fun. Great experience from the owners, to the management company, to the facilities. I could be happier the time I spent here.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth your time
March 3, 2018Lived in this place for about a year and a half. The prices they are offering for their units are not worth what’s Inside. No garbage disposal and no dish washer, the landlord is impossible to contact. No smoking on property. They have taken months to fix simple holes in the walls from maintence and still haven’t fixed under the sink. The heat as far as I can tell doesn’t even work. I was told they want up to 800 for the topstairs one. STAY AWAYReview from Apartments.com
