Great place to live. Quiet and clean apartments, wonderful neighbors. Most importantly, the manager Lori is fantastic. Quick to respond and very accommodating. Service responses have also been handled well. I have, however, had consistent problems with my shower, requiring now three service requests with no resolution, but I know that they are working hard to fix my problem. I have lived here since 2019. The apartment rate is much lower than most for a 2 bdrm. and is very roomy with plenty of storage. Close to freeways and shopping. The staff has always been friendly and courtesy and maintenance issues although rare are handled quickly and correctly. The grounds are well maintained and just recently they have allowed dogs. I have lived many places, this by far is the best! Everything is kept up. Service Requests are taken care of immediately.. even after hours emergencies! My building is so quiet, never any issues.. Leasing manager is so pleasant and cheery, so accommodating. I am so happy that I chose Kelly Square.

Second apartment under Princeton Management

This is my second apartment under Princeton Management and I'm happy with the decision thus far. Rent is reasonable which is a hard find with raising prices in Roseville and Ms. Lori has been really been a godsend in transitioning here! If there is ever a maintenance issue its always addressed right away. Its only been a few months here but I'm happy with the move!

Quiet and Clean Environment

This is my second year living here, and it is one of the most peaceful apartment complexes I have lived at in Michigan. Like all apartment complexes, the rent does raise a little each year (at least it has for me), but it is still a great deal for how big the apartment is and the peacefulness. The landlord and maintenance staff are also really kind and efficient.

I have been a resident here for some years; I have been very pleased how the property is well maintained indoors and outdoors.
