Wonderful Apartment
May 30, 2022Great place to live. Quiet and clean apartments, wonderful neighbors. Most importantly, the manager Lori is fantastic. Quick to respond and very accommodating. Service responses have also been handled well. I have, however, had consistent problems with my shower, requiring now three service requests with no resolution, but I know that they are working hard to fix my problem. Snow can also be an issue, but I do not place much blame on them. It is a wonderful place to live and you cannot beat the ...price, and again, you really cant ask for a better landlord with Lori.Property Manager Responded

Apartment Virgin
August 16, 2021I have lived here since 2019. The apartment rate is much lower than most for a 2 bdrm. and is very roomy with plenty of storage. Close to freeways and shopping. The staff has always been friendly and courtesy and maintenance issues although rare are handled quickly and correctly. The grounds are well maintained and just recently they have allowed dogs. You have laundry in each bldg with a courtyard and deck where you can bbq. Quiet, well lit hallways and dbl door entry give you a sense of ...security. As a 1st timer ever renting an apartment, it feels like home! I would highly recommend Kelly Square to my friends and family, and Lori you made my decision easy to stay, you're the best!Property Manager Responded

Best property
August 10, 2021I have lived many places, this by far is the best! Everything is kept up. Service Requests are taken care of immediately.. even after hours emergencies! Second apartment under Princeton Management
August 2, 2021This is my second apartment under Princeton Management and I'm happy with the decision thus far. Rent is reasonable which is a hard find with raising prices in Roseville and Ms. Lori has been really been a godsend in transitioning here! Quiet and Clean Environment
July 31, 2021This is my second year living here, and it is one of the most peaceful apartment complexes I have lived at in Michigan. Like all apartment complexes, the rent does raise a little each year (at least it has for me), but it is still a great deal for how big the apartment is and the peacefulness. Well maintained property
July 31, 2021I have been a resident here for some years; I have been very pleased how the property is well maintained indoors and outdoors.
